Songbird provides person-centred disability support services across the Hunter Region, from Cessnock and Maitland to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Their services include support coordination, supported independent living and engaging day programs and community activities. Songbird is dedicated to supporting NDIS participants to build capacity, pursue their interests and live life on their own terms.
